Welcome to MBT Inventories. I'm Tabitha and I'm an experienced property professional who's been making inventories since 2018. I've got 7 years experience as a Property Manager too, so I really understand the importance of clear, detailed inventories and straightforward check out reports with a quick turn around!

 

With a keen eye for detail and in-depth knowledge of property, I take immense pride in delivering thorough, high-quality reports accompanied by comprehensive photographs.

I am qualified as an Inventory Clerk and a Property Manager: I hold the Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice as well as the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.
